BT Smart Customs
As of 1st January 2011, it is a regulatory requirement that all goods travelling to or through the EU must be declared to the relevant member state prior to arrival, to enable safety and security risk assessments to be carried out. We have developed BT Smart Customs to satisfy these regulations and to support your operational needs.
You don’t have to connect to the different member states or understand local variations to the regulations because we do that for you. We also provide a range of additional supporting features via an intuitive and easy to use web application.
Route Management Service (RMS)
If you support time-definite services or just want to improve the speed and quality of service that you can offer to your customers, we can help you. RMS lets you monitor your performance against planned milestones, allowing you to pinpoint problem areas and the reasons for failure and highlighting where improvements should be focussed, to enable you to meet your agreed levels of service.

With BT’s Agent Plus and CMS services, all you need is access to the internet and you can generate electronic air waybills and track the progress of your air freight. Cargo Community Services for the UK (CCS-UK)
