Value Add support and training
We run a series of events via a live one-hour online presentation and conference call that demonstrates the functionality of Analyst Converge and gives you the chance to ask questions of presenters.
Training is available in two bite-sized modules, and we recommend that you attend the ‘Introduction and Getting Started’ module first, followed by ‘Cost Centres.’
To register please click on the appropriate links below. When registering, you will see full details including the URL and dial-in details for the event. You will have the option to save the event details to your Outlook calendar:

Important note: Before you join an online presentation, you'll need to check your system to make sure it is configured to use Microsoft Office Live Meeting. If not, you may need to install software which should only take 10 minutes, but we recommend you do this well in advance of the training session to avoid problems or delays on the day as we aim to start promptly.
