BT teamwork brings better police services together with improved value for money
Essex Police and BT had worked together for nearly 10 years. But, when the Government began to talk about merging county forces, it was time to take stock.
Colin Galpin sat down with the BT team and used the technical landmarks they’d achieved as a solid platform for future planning. Out of that process came a communications approach right for tomorrow, with commercial terms right for today.
A demonstrable contribution to front-line policing and more flexible working saw Colin award BT a five-year contract extension.
