Our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) give you a consistent level of service across all your IT and communications investments. They set targets covering how we provide the service, its availability and how fast we restore it if there’s an incident. There are distinct targets for your individual sites too.
Target-based SLAs
With different, specific targets for each of your sites, you’ll always get the service you need, when you need it. So you can make sure your most important sites get the highest level of service.
Service credit
If we don’t meet any of your clearly defined targets, you’ll get a service credit.
