The North Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health, substance misuse, and social care services and support for a population of around one million people in north Essex. The Trust has a workforce of around 2,000 people working from 78 dedicated and shared sites. Mental health services (inpatient, day, community, and outpatient) include home treatment, memory assessment, dementia care, and child and adolescent services. Across all services the Trust treats around 17,000 people per annum. Last year, its Community Teams made 55,000 telephone calls.
