ISDN30e. Integrate your computer and telephone systems
ISDN30e provides you with up to 30 digital telephone lines (known as channels), to help produce faster file transfers, enable videoconferencing and remote access, and establish direct dial-in. It will provide LAN and internet connectivity and help integrate your data and voice systems. ISDN30e is ideal for medium-to-large businesses and is often used in contact centres because of the clear lines and fast dialling. It’s also a cinch to expand capacity and meet future needs.

Findel is one of the UK’s largest direct mail order companies, delivering nine million parcels every year. It employs 2,000 people across 12 sites as well as two 250-seat contact centres. With a rapid expansion plan bearing fruit, Findel needed a voice platform that could quickly integrate newly acquired companies’ contact centres, retail outlets, and people – or relocate operations altogether.
