Kevin Taylor is responsible for BT Global Services’ business and operations across the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa & Turkey region. In this role he is a member of the BTGS global leadership team.
Kevin joined BT as Vice President – Global Solutions in December 2003. In that role, he was responsible for the delivery and management of the portfolio of IP infrastructure/WAN, mobility, CRM, conferencing, security, outsourcing and other products, services and solutions BT offered customers across the Asia Pacific region.
Tian Wei, TV Anchorwoman China Central Television
Tian Wei hosts CCTV's flagship programs: a daily in-depth discussion program and an weekly live global debate show. She is one of the few Chinese female TV hosts working on in-depth news-related discussions and debate programs. Over the years, she's had exclusive interviews with various heads of states and important international figures from all walks of life, such as: UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, etc.
She is well-known for her charming, professional and intellectual style, and has received numerous awards, including China's National Journalism Awards, National Award for International Broadcasters, and CCTV Host of the Year.
Nicola Millard. Customer Experience Futurologist
Dr Nicola Millard is a customer experience futurologist with BT. She has worked for BT for 22 years now. She was involved with a number of BT "firsts" in the 1990s including the first application of intelligent systems into BT's call centres and BT's initial experimentation with home working.
Nicola likes nothing better than to challenge conventional business thinking; from how call centres are managed to the ways in which people work. She was recently named in the top 10 of the most influential customer service Tweeters in the world. Nicola has also appeared on both the BBC (Radio and TV) and Channel 4 in the UK, has done a TED talk and is also a judge on a number of award panels.
Xiang Feng, President-YTO Express Company Ltd.
Xiang Feng is the president of YTO Express Company Ltd. He has devoted himself to achieve the mission “YTO Express - China’s Leading Express Delivery.”
Prior to joining YTO Express, Mr. Xiang served as the Vice President of Public Policy and Government Relations at General Motors China. Before that, he spent nine successful years in a variety of high-impact roles at UPS. He was most recently Vice President of Public Affairs for UPS Asia Pacific. He worked at the Ministry of Commerce of China as the Director of the General Office. He also served as a diplomat for the Chinese Embassy in Lebanon for three years.
Charleston Sin, Managing Director Architecture Sales, Greater China, Cisco
Charleston Sin is Managing Director of Architecture Sales, Greater China, Cisco. He is responsible for supporting customers to maximize their benefits of using CISCO solutions.
Prior to this position, he was Chief of Staff for the Greater China Chairman and CEO, as well as various roles including Head of Data Center Architecture Sales, General Manager of CISCO South China, and General Manager of CISCO Hong Kong.
Sin is recently appointed by the Hong Kong SAR Government to serve on the Digital 21 Strategy Advisory Committee.
Tom Pattinson, Founder & Director SURGE Art
Tom Pattinson is the founder and director of SURGE Art. He has over 10 years’ experience in the China art market and over 15 years’ experience in publishing and media. In the late 1990s he worked in London alongside many of the Young British Artists of this period including Turner Prize winning artists.
His enthusiasm for art followed him to China where he immediately began curating exhibitions showcasing emerging artists after realising there were few platforms for young artists to exhibit and the new generation of buyers to source quality, original and accessible art.
Dr. John Chan is an Executive Director and the Head of Informatics and Technology at the Novartis Institute of Biomedical Research (NIBR) China.
NIBR is the research division of Novartis, a world leader in drug discovery and patient care.
Dr. Chan was trained as a scientist and an engineer with over twenty years of leadership experience in the pharmaceuticals and biotechnology industries. His IT management and operational credential spanned the range of IT domains from infrastructure and client services to software engineering and analytics.
While he generally enjoys the challenge of search, discovery and invention, he particularly thrives at the interface of distinct disciplines, including biology and computer science, and sociology and automation, where prevailing strategies and perspectives are subject to rapid changes.
Prior to Novartis, Dr. Chan held management and leadership positions at Syngenta, SmithKline Beecham, Millennium Pharmaceuticals and several VC funded start-ups in the U.S.
