Central America and the Caribbean
BT operates in 22 Latin American countries with integrated commercial and operational capabilities and +1000 employees throughout the region, offering a wide range of networked IT services including IP infrastructure, application services, outsourcing solutions and business transformation.
With an extensive network infrastructure in constant evolution, BT’s Latin American customers are supported by two self-reliant Network & Security Operations Centers located in Brazil and Argentina with business continuity fallback capabilities, fully integrated with other BT’s operations centers around the world, ensuring truly globalized operations management. Additional network operations centers located in El Salvador, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela provides network monitoring and proactive diagnosis on a 24x7 basis for customer’s operations regionwide.
BT Brazil’s global operations centre, one of the four BT’s global sourcing centres in the world, located in the cities of Sao Paulo and Hortolandia - provides support and manages off shoring projects in areas such as service operations, service design and delivery, contract management and international commercial development.
BT provides cutting-edge networked IT services to almost 2000 multi-sites organizations in Latin America, including Unilever, Inbev, Reuters, Fiat and Caixa Economica Federal. Customers alike have recognized BT’s capabilities and commitment to their business outcome.
