We’re ready to engage with you in the way that suits you best; either as a supplier, delivering specific managed services; in collaboration, trialling innovative deliveries; or as a strategic partner - transforming complex operations, improving public services and delivering enduring business savings.

Let’s start talking

Our experience shows that the earlier we start talking, the more value we can bring. Even before you start the mini-competition process, BT is committed to working with you. The scope of services and requirements can be clarified early on and potential commercial models explored - all of which drives value for money and shortens procurement lead times.

Our Framework Manager will allocate resources from our Consultancy, Solution Architecture or Business Analysis professional communities to work with you. Our team will have detailed domain knowledge of the Scottish public sector and will be able to provide advice and guidance on such topics as shared service opportunities.   We can run Benefits Management, Enterprise Architecture and Requirements Capture Workshops to assist you to develop and refine your requirements.

After you select BT as your service provider through mini competition, the team will continue to work with you to deliver the service, and then monitor and report on the service/cost improvements initiatives and the benefits achieved.
