Fat Face – omni-channel POS
We helped Fat Face transform their POS system to support their omni-channel and international ambitions. Our cloud-based store and CRM solution flexes up and down as needed, so Fat Face only pay for what they need. And we completed the job half the usual time.

Debenhams – store network for the future
We set Debenhams up for the future with a new store network based on our IP VPN, with Ethernet in the first mile, so they could put touch-screen kiosks in stores for a more exciting customer experience.
The new BT network is much the same cost as our old infrastructure, yet it enables us to communicate faster and with greater efficiency. It will also support the rollout of new applications, which will make us more competitive and allow our stores to be more exciting and stimulating for shoppers.”

Tesco – cloud contact
We implemented a cloud contact centre for Tesco to help them improve their customer service. Handling 90 million minutes of Clubcard and home shopping calls a year, it can be scaled up and down to match call volumes.

GAME – customer wi-fi
GAME’s customers expect stores to have wi-fi so they can download actual content. They chose us as their single communications partner. We provided wi-fi with a GAME-branded log-in page giving their customers an experience they couldn’t get in any other store.
