CIO Day 2014
25 November 2014
We invite you to join BT at the annual CIO Day on the 25th of November in the Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam. This year the CIO Day might be even more memorable than before. This is because of this year’s theme: Make or Break. A topic that deals with the transforming role of IT, and the impact this has on the role of the CIO. CIO’s are no longer only responsible for technology. More than ever the CIO influences the business. And a third factor enters the playing field: society. Modern CIO’s can make or break this new environment of technology-driven growth.
It is an art to connect these elements. It is no coincidence that the “Art of Connecting” is BT’s new customer strategy. In a connected world the creative use of technology can deliver stunning (business)outcomes. The possibilities created by technology by themselves are however not enough, until they are applied for a meaningful purpose. For this vision and leadership is required. We have set ourselves the goal to optimally achieve that purpose together with our customers – and with that essentially help make the difference between ‘make or break’.
Please join Joris van Oers, GM BT in the Benelux and his team at the CIO Day 2014. We explicitely invite you to join the ‘high speed’ keynote at 15.00 hrs together with Philips’ VP of Technology Transformation, Alan Nance – where we will address the “Future of networks”; a nearby future of interconnected clouds, that will fundamentally change the way organisations can collaborate across sectors and (re)divide resources in the network, and your business.
This event is intended for CxO’s and IT decision makers.
