BT appoints Dominiek Vandierendonck as Sales Director Benelux

A Belgian national, Dominiek joins BT from Belgacom, where he was vice-president EBU International Business
BT today announced the appointment of Dominiek Vandierendonck as sales director for BT in the Benelux, reporting to Benelux CEO Joris van Oers. A Belgian national, Dominiek joins BT from Belgacom, where he was vice-president EBU International Business, in charge of business units across the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and the UK.
Before joining Belgacom in 2011, Dominiek held senior positions in sales and general management in AT&T during 12 years, most recently as vice-president for North Europe.
He started his career with IBM in 1985 as systems engineer, and progressed his career with senior roles in project-, sales-, business- and channel management.
Dominiek succeeds to Martin Maurits, who was in charge of Benelux sales since 2009. Effective April 1, Martin will become country manager for BT’s Nordics operation.

BT has more than 20 years of experience in the Benelux and provides a broad portfolio of networked IT services, professional services, and wholesale services. BT operates more than 5,700 km of fibre network in the Netherlands and a 1,100 km fibre backbone in Belgium. It also has a Network Operations Centre in Amsterdam and dual-data centre capability in the Netherlands as well as data centre capacity in Belgium.
