BT for Systems Integrators

Great service and flexible partnership

We’ll build a close lasting relationship with you. We’ll provide great products and excellent service globally. And we’ll offer you a flexible approach to partnering. This is what makes us the preferred communications partner for all the world’s major systems integrators.

We can support you in your global market activities wherever you are – providing network services, data centres and cloud computing, contact centres, unified communications and collaboration, and digital security.

Partnering for success

Our world is shrinking. Innovative infrastructure and advances in network capabilities underpin everything that we do. If we can realise the possibilities of the cloud, our channels of communication today are so powerful that distance no longer holds any relevance to what we can achieve. With a creative approach to systems integration, collaboration in this new global market offers us limitless potential to really connect with our customers and our partners. If we can work together, anywhere, and strike the right balance between technology and creativity, stunning business outcomes are possible for us all.

BT’s proven track record in the health market complements our own experience in this field. It is an excellent company to be a partner with on this ground-breaking project; not only because of its expertise and long history in providing services to the health sector, but also its unique experience in delivering very large-scale programmes in the UK and around the world.”
- David Campbell, Chief Executive, Serco Australia

Over 7,000 public sector and corporate customers trust BT Global Services to deliver critical network and IT services. And our global reach and presence, financial strength and heritage make us the trusted partner of many leading Systems Integrators. We’d like to explore these possibilities with you.

We’re ready to be your partner for success

Spending cuts, reduced buyer confidence, and limited growth opportunities have taken their toll on the systems integration market. In an increasingly fluid, global market it’s getting much tougher for us all to compete.

At BT we view this as an opportunity to develop strong, complementary partnerships that grow business, maintain share, increase profits and deliver world-class solutions for our clients.

For agile SIs this creates opportunities to collaborate and deliver world-class solutions on a global scale. A strategic partnership that will give you the flexibility to scale and adapt quickly to new demands is one important answer to these tougher market conditions.

The breadth and depth of our portfolio gives the agility needed to meet clients’ challenges. Together we harness our joint capabilities, leverage best-in-class technology and deliver for our clients and citizens. And as long-term partners we all gain from a partnership that creates new opportunities for us both.

BT is ready to be your partner for success. From providing you with the solutions you need for your day-to-day operations to unleashing the potential of a strategic, innovative partnership, we’ll work with you to support your clients and your organisation.

Standing out from the crowd together

We’re confident that our unique approach to working with Systems Integrators makes all the difference to the quality of service we offer. Our approach is unique for two key reasons – flexibility in partnership and joint innovation.

Flexibility in partnership
Our flexible approach to partnering means that we will fit in with your existing relationships to ensure the customer gets the right solution. But more that that, our creative partnership will help maintain and increase market share, reach new customers, and deliver a better range of products and services.
We can:

  • develop joint value propositions with you in full strategic alliance
  • supply technology components for you to integrate into your solutions
  • or simply provide you with the technology you need for your own business.

Innovating together
At BT, we’re committed to innovation. Our research and development labs have invested £4 billion in R&D over the past five years alone. And we share much of the benefit with our customers.

Our unique approach to innovation has three key characteristics: it’s applied, it’s collaborative, and it’s fast. Applied innovation means developing a practical solution to a particular issue. Collaborative innovation means working together: you, your partners, your user representatives, and BT. And fast means, well… using an accelerated development and trialling process to compress cycle times and deliver benefit – fast.

We can help you apply this approach to all sorts of challenges and opportunities. We’ll work with you to produce a clearly defined solution to a stated business problem. Technology Scouting, Showcases and Innovation Hothouses form the basis of our innovation approach.
