Jeanne Ross

Principal Research Scientist, MIT

Jeanne Ross

As a principal research scientist at MIT, Jeanne Ross conducts academic research that targets the challenges of senior level executives at CISR’s nearly 100 global sponsor companies. Specifically, she studies how firms develop competitive advantage through implementation and ruse of digitized platforms. She has not only been published in major academic journals such as Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal and CIO Magazine but is also the co-author of four books around the interlocking topics of IT and Strategy. 

 

Dave Muller

Dave Muller

Before coming to ISG through its acquisition of Alsbridge, Dave served as Managing Director of Alsbridge’s Network Services Group. Prior to that, he served as the president of Telwares, where he was responsible for leading the organization through several critical periods of revenue growth and service expansion. During his tenure at Telwares, Dave held several key executive positions including; SVP Engagement Delivery, COO, Managing Director and President.

 

Fotis Karonis

CTIO, BT Enterprise & BT/EE 5G Executive Advisor

Fotis Karonis

As CTIO for BT Enterprise & BT/EE 5G Executive Advisor, Fotis has been the lead to drive the delivery and launch of the 5G programme; a role he took up in August 2018 having been BT’s Managing Director of Mobile and Convergence, CTO of EE and lead of the Technology integration of EE with BT group. As EE CTO, he led EE the UK’s largest operator to be the first to launch 4G in the UK in 2012, Was awarded Mobile Europe’s CTO of the Year in 2015. 

 

Scott Cowling

Director of Network Solutions, BT’s Global unit

Scott Cowling

Scott Cowling is the Director of Network Solutions for BT’s Global unit.  His role is focused on the development, management and delivery of a leading suite of innovative connectivity solutions. In his time in the role he has already driven the launch of a range of new dynamic network services and some of the biggest network wins BT Global has ever achieved.

Prior to taking over Network Solutions, Scott led strategy for BT Global working across all portfolio areas and market units and helping to shape BT Global’s digital transformation journey.

Before joining BT, Scott worked for the Boston Consulting Group specialising in global TMT. He has a mathematics and finance degree from the University of Toronto and attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst where he received an officer’s commission for the British Army, The Parachute Regiment.

Colin Bannon

Chief Technology Officer, BT's Global division

Colin Bannon

Colin is the Chief Technology Officer for BT’s Global unit, heading up the team responsible for helping to shape BT’s customer solution architecture and strategy. Part of his responsibility is to predict technology trends and future customer technology roadmaps. Colin acts is a trusted advisor for many CIO’s.

Colin is a veteran in the industry whose expertise is in designing, deploying and running some of the worlds largest next generation networks. Colin has a holistic philosophy to network design, working back from business outcomes, user experience and applications dev strategy to inform the intuitive network, architecture, systems and service wrap design.

As well as sitting on a number of technology advisory boards, Colin lectures at Warwick University on Disruptive Innovation. Colin was named as one of the 50 CTOs to watch by Global Telecoms magazine.

 

Patrick English

Head of Cyber DevOps, BT

Patrick English

Patrick English is a subject matter expert on transformational cyber security, with a strong focus on helping companies develop and deploy Zero Trust architectures.

He has worked in the Cyber and Info Security industries with BT as a data scientist, systems architect, SecDevOps lead, and threat hunter on some of the first Big Data security platforms. He’s also supported one of the largest security deployments worldwide.

Over the last five years he has: led a malware forensics team at nation-state level; process-architected a national incident response plan; architected and built virtualized forensics labs; helped build a national cyber security center from ground-up; built SOC operating models for cyber defense at a national level for civilian and military environments; and most recently helped build BT’s Complete Zero Trust framework for helping enterprises deploy Zero Trust networking.

 

Manish Gulyani

VP Enterprise Marketing & Strategic Communications, Nokia 

Manish Gulyani

As Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Manish is responsible for spearheading Nokia's marketing efforts into the Enterprise segment which includes Webscale companies, Transportation, Energy and Public Sector segments, and enterprises in Finance, Health Care, Retail, Automotive and Manufacturing verticals. Diversification into the Enterprise market is a key pillar of Nokia's growth strategy.

In addition, Manish is also responsible for marketing Nokia’s IP, optical & SDN solutions that represent ~20% of Nokia's networking related revenues.

During the past 20 years, Manish has held leadership positions in the networking space across a diverse number of roles, including Product Management, Strategy, Marketing, Business Development and R&D.

Manish is a recognized industry leader for his keen analytic sense and strategic vision. He holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications from Dublin City University.
