David has over six years’ experience in providing support to businesses in the successful implementation and utilisation of their collaboration tools.
He is leading the development and execution of digital adoption strategies to ensure customers experience a seamless and rapid adoption of their Digital Workplace meetings, voice, and contact centre tools. He has expertise in building on-demand support, in-app education, launch and in-life adoption and building a digital strategy for customers. His understanding of user behaviour allows him to effectively maximise user engagement and satisfaction.
