Lead Researcher

Paul is the Lead Researcher for our process analytics programme.

Paul is the Lead Researcher for our process analytics programme which includes a set of business process monitoring tools developed by BT to exploit business data in the pursuit of advanced process analytics.

He consults across BT Group on numerous process improvement and customer experience programmes using a variety of data science techniques. 

Paul is also a part of the team delivering our in-house data science and Artificial Intelligence (AI) training to those whose roles require a deeper understanding of AI, data science and its applications. 

Paul completed his EngD in Large Scale Complex IT Systems at the University of York in 2015.
