James Cronk

Managing Director, Financial Services

James is responsible for running our global financial services business.

James is responsible for running our global financial services business where we’re delivering products and services to many of the top 100 global financial services institutions across international banking, insurance, capital markets, wealth management and payments.

His main objective is to grow this sector through strategic new solutions and quality services. His team supports the growing demand for new digital capabilities in the sector, including in areas such as infrastructure transformation, fraud and risk and customer experience.

Prior to joining us in 2018, James spent 12 years with Cisco in a variety of senior regional and global positions, his final 3 years being the Global Director for Financial Services.
