Natalie is responsible for the portfolio strategy and product management for all our security controls portfolio.
She leads a team delivering managed security controls and threat management to protect the assets of all types of Business customers. Key partner selection and management, along with the development of Eagle-i, offers differentiated managed services across this portfolio.
Natalie has held a range of roles in her career with BT, including 15 years’ experience in product and portfolio management. Most recently, Natalie managed the broadband, calls, and lines portfolio, serving customers from SME through to global multinationals.
Natalie holds a BEng in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southampton and is a Chartered Engineer (CEng MIET).
Natalie is also passionate about developing new talent and is an active participant in early career development programmes.
