Thomas is responsible for the delivery and service operations for our multinational customers around the world and for delivering Global’s business and operating model transformation.
Thomas leads a team of 9,000 operations and transformation professionals including, solution architects, design consultants, programme leaders, customer success managers, and experts in Agile.
The unit has overall responsibility for designing, delivering and servicing customer solutions for multinationals, as well as transforming the operating model service experience for our customers and the business.
During his 26-year career in the outsourcing and IT services industry, Thomas has held senior roles in account and general management functions, service operations and finance, and has led large transformational programmes.
Thomas has worked and lived in North America, Germany, the Netherlands, India and the Philippines. He joined us in October 2006.
Thomas is an Austrian national, is married and lives in London.
