As the leader of one of three vertical account management units, Jennifer will build and grow relationships with our top 800 customers in the technology, life sciences & business services industries. She is also responsible for our regional activities in the Americas, which she took on in June 2017.
Jennifer joined us in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer for the Americas, where she managed business operations across the region.
Along with her knowledge of BT and the Americas region, Jennifer brings 20 years of technology, sales and business development experience. Prior to joining us, she served as vice president of global sales enablement at Equinix, and spent 13 years at Level 3 Communications as senior vice president of its Commercial Enablement Group.
Just one year after being appointed COO for the Americas, Global Telecoms nominated Jennifer as one of ‘50 women to watch’ in 2016.
Jennifer is a champion for female equality in technology. She leads and participates in various diversity and equality programs both internally and externally including the KPMG Women’s Voices initiative. Jennifer is a firm believer of world leaders who can empower and connect their organizations including knowing how identify and unlock the potential needed to deliver the best outcomes that the world truly needs.
Jennifer received her MBA and master’s degree in Management and International Studies with a concentration in Latin America from The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania. She is an advisor to Minds Matter Denver chapter, a not-for-profit serving high-achieving, low-income students in thirteen cities across the United States.
Jennifer is fluent in Spanish and highly proficient in Russian.
