Rachana is Managing Director of Strategy, leading the continued evolution of our Global unit.
Prior to her current position, Rachana was Director, Network Connectivity Services, in our Global unit, where she was responsible for the entire suite of network connectivity products – the largest portfolio in Global. In this role she led a dynamic team to transform the product portfolio, aiming to deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience and greatly improved sales motion and end-to-end operational processes.
Rachana is a seasoned management consultant with nearly 10 years of strategy and transformation experience at Bain & Company, Vodafone, and BT. She also has a strong academic track record with an MBA from IIM Bangalore and Engineering from IIT Bombay, both top schools in India.
