December 13th, BT moved to a new flagship sales office and opened a Customer Experience Center (CEC) in New York, NY.
BT has been in New York for over a decade, emphasizing its commitment to be a trusted partner and advisor of its customers in the Americas and globally.
The new office location will serve as a hub for BT employees supporting customer interactions in the heart of New York’s growing technology presence.
BT’s global network of 21 Customer Experience Centers provide an interactive experience, based on the latest innovations in networked IT services to fast-track and future proof global enterprise infrastructure, smooth the to the cloud and successfully integrate the latest collaboration technology into organization’s fabric to speed up decision making and improve productivity.
The Centers enable visitors to not only hear about BT’s capabilities, but also to see, touch and feel them through live personalized demonstrations. These include network optimization and acceleration service, BT Connect Intelligence, BT One Cloud Cisco collaboration platform and world class managed security services that underpin everything networking and cloud services at BT.
