Cisco have recently replaced some of the Dominican Republic toll free numbers for Webex. Please refer to the following table to find out what the new numbers are.

1. Confirm whether your sites are:
If they aren't, no further action is required.
2. If sites are using any of the existing toll free numbers and are also configured for Webex Edge Audio, update your LUA scripts to route these new numbers through their Webex Edge Audio connection. Instructions for making these changes can be found in the Cisco Webex Edge Audio Customer Configuration Guide.
3. If you fail to update your LUA scripts, you won't be able to use the new numbers.
