Overview

 

Cisco is replacing the Vietnam toll numbers for Webex. The existing toll numbers will be completely removed on August 1, 2022.

Please refer to the following table to find out what the new numbers are.

Impact description and actions

 

1.   Confirm whether your sites are:

• using any of the existing toll numbers listed above
• configured for Webex Edge Audio.

If they aren't, no further action is required.

2.   If your sites are using any of the existing toll numbers and are also configured for Webex Edge Audio, update your LUA scripts to route these new numbers through Webex Edge Audio connection. Instructions for making these changes can be found in the Cisco Webex Edge Audio Customer Configuration Guide.

3.   If you fail to update your LUA scripts, you won't be able to use the new numbers.
