Overview
OCC User Self-Care portal allows you to manage your Jabber softphone and IP phone profiles. You can manage your passwords (Jabber and Self Care) and PIN’s (for Voicemail and Extension Mobility), view your voicemail profile, manage your call forwarding options, allocate personal speed dial lists and manage Single Number Reach settings (if enabled).
