What is Cisco Meraki Branch Managed Service?

Cisco Meraki Branch is a global network SD-WAN and LAN solution – capable of connecting users around the world. It’s designed, implemented and maintained by BT.

Can I access the Meraki dashboard?

Yes, we’ll give you access to the Meraki dashboard, which guarantees full visibility of your entire stack.

How long are the contracts that you offer?

We offer one to seven year contracts.

Can I add another location to my network over time?

Yes, it's common practice to add or move sites, and we can easily accommodate this.

Where is this service managed from?

India is our standard offering and other locations are available if required.

Where can you offer this service?

We offer this service on six continents and are one of few companies that has attained Cisco's Global Gold certification.

Are advanced hardware replacement services available?

Yes, this service is called Meraki Now and is underpinned by Cisco. We can deliver hardware replacement services in various time frames, from two hours to the following business day. The SLA is dependent on the site address.

Is this service available in China

Yes, we offer a fully supported solution in China.

What if I’m using AWS and Azure to host applications?

Virtual SD-WAN and security appliances can be hosted in these cloud environments for secure connectivity.

What if I have a high availability site?

Not a problem. We can design resiliency into the design, across the entire stack.

Meraki offers flexibility in their licensing models. The co-termination model is most popular, as it makes license renewal simple and straightforward.
