Eric Feddal joined BT in 2007 in UK working in Group Strategy and joined Singapore team in June 2008 where he held various roles. Based in Singapore, Eric runs business operations and commercial delivery for South East Asia, and manages teams across multiple countries throughout the region. As Director of BT’s legal entities in South East Asia, Eric is not only responsible for business performance but also accountable for governance & compliance in the respective geographies. Eric and his team work with BT’s managed customers on initiatives to access new markets, improve customer experience and enable cost & business efficiencies. His remit coves the full suite of BT’s services inclusive of specialist financial service offerings from BT Radianz services to BT Unified Trading, as well as solutions from the wider BT Global Services enterprise portfolio. Eric joined BT in UK (2007) as a strategy specialist from Accenture, where he was a management consultant part of SITE practice in UK where he operated at the intersection of business and technology to drive value, shape new businesses and design operating models for the future of Banking Industry. Previously, Eric held a number of senior roles at Societe Generale Investment Banking, where he was Front Office team leader for the Americas based in NYC. Prior to Societe Generale, he worked at Net2s where he was senior consultant for Specialized Market Access low latency technologies in Europe. In his last position, Eric was COO and responsible for BT’s financial services customers in Asia, Middle East & Africa customers, including retail and wholesale banks, capital market firms and regional stock exchanges.
