BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice

Dolby® Conference Phone

BT One Collaborate audio

Trade-in offer

Brings Everyone into the Room.

The Dolby® Conference Phone brings everyone into the room. An innovative and integral part of the BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice service, it is the only phone that can extend the full Dolby Voice® experience and productivity benefits to meeting rooms. It starts with stunning audio clarity and powerful noise suppression. And it adds the ability to pick up all the voices in the room and present them clearly to remote attendees as if they are coming from distinct virtual locations. Everyone on the call knows who’s talking and can easily follow the conversation, so remote callers feel—and contribute—as if they are actually in the room. Participation increases, teams work more effectively, and decisions get made more quickly.

The Dolby Conference Phone also offers a clean, elegant design and an intuitive touch-screen interface that lets you easily join and manage meetings, and access key features. And because the phone is a dual-mode device, you can use it both as a conferencing endpoint for Dolby Voice meetings and for traditional IP telephony. A powerful innovation in conferencing, the Dolby Conference Phone helps you get the most from your BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice conferencing service by bringing everyone into the room for better understanding and greater productivity.

In-person sound and productivity.

  • Clearly hear and understand what is being said, so meetings are more efficient and productive.
  • The phone is specifically designed to deliver the BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice experience, so the quality is much better than that of stand-alone conference phones that connect to traditional conferencing services or systems.
  • The Dolby Conference Phone delivers wideband (HD) audio for greater richness and nuance that is preserved when connecting to your BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice conferencing service, and is delivered to and from other meeting attendees, so everyone gets outstanding audio quality.
  • Full-room voice capture on the Dolby Conference Phone picks up even quiet voices, from anywhere in the room, with 360-degree and long-range coverage making it easier to know who’s talking for those that are not in the room.
  • Dolby noise suppression reduces unwanted background noises.

Elegant design and experience.

  • Bring a modern, functional design to your conference room.
  • Circular design sends sound evenly in all directions and receives sound evenly from all directions.
  • Access all capabilities through a contemporary touch-screen user interface including the BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice service and traditional IP phone function.
  • Easily connect to and manage meetings, just a few taps to join a meeting—enter the passcode only, no need to key in a dial-in number.
  • You can see the names of meeting attendees and manage the meeting from the phone’s touch-screen interface.
  • An accessible mute button—with clear muting notification—makes it easy to control mute functionality.
  • The Dolby Conference Phone is a dual-mode device: use it as an endpoint for a BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice conference and for traditional IP telephony.
