If you are you having a problem and need some help then please complete this form and submit it to the My Account Servicedesk. If your issue is urgent please don’t use this form but call the helpdesk on the numbers provided in the FAQs.

This form needs to be completed in English as our Servicedesk only operate in English.

Please note that this form is only to provide support for My Account users.  The My Account Service desk will only accept access requests from a BT representative, so please do not use this form to request access as your request will not be progressed, if you need to get access to My Account then please in the first instance talk to your Account Manager.
