To start or join a BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice meeting with a computer, users must install the Dolby Voice plug-in and configure their headsets. Once installed, the user will be able to join any BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice call and test their headsets at any time.
Tip: Plug in your headset before starting. It will give your computer time to find your new device.
The following headsets have been tested by Dolby and approved to work optimally with the BT MeetMe with Dolby Voice plug-in:
Other headsets may work, but are not supported.
Troubleshooting: If you can download the Dolby Voice plug-in but not install it, contact your IT administrator and check that your computer is permitted to install software without an administrator login.
