Why can’t I hear anyone / they can’t hear me?
There are a few factors that can affect the audio on your call. Firstly, check that you have the correct settings on your PC for the audio and that your headset is correctly plugged in.
You might also want to check your internet, slow internet speeds can cause lagging in your audio, especially if you are sharing video. Try switching to an audio only option if you have low bandwidth.
Why can’t anyone see my video / my video is breaking up?
Check that your internet connection is strong enough to allow the broadcast of video through the browser. If your connection is weak this will cause the video to drop. Try to connect with an ethernet cable or change to a different wi-fi connection.
