Frank leads the direction of our global voice network.
Frank is responsible for the direction of BTs global voice network. Based in the US, he has more than 30 years’ telecommunications experience.
Prior to his current role Frank worked for Concert, where he was responsible for the development of global voice services. Before BT, Frank worked at MCI where he headed up a team looking at advanced intelligence networks. While at MCI, he created several products that won the new product achievement awards at both COMNET and ICA.
Frank started his career at C&P Telephone where he held a number of management and marketing roles including representation at Bell Core and Bell Labs.
