Jeanne Ross
Principal Research Scientist, MIT
As a principal research scientist at MIT, Jeanne Ross conducts academic research that targets the challenges of senior level executives at CISR’s nearly 100 global sponsor companies. Specifically, she studies how firms develop competitive advantage through implementation and ruse of digitized platforms. She has not only been published in major academic journals such as Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal and CIO Magazine but is also the co-author of four books around the interlocking topics of IT and Strategy.
Dave Muller
Partner, ISG
Before coming to ISG through its acquisition of Alsbridge, Dave served as Managing Director of Alsbridge’s Network Services Group. Prior to that, he served as the president of Telwares, where he was responsible for leading the organization through several critical periods of revenue growth and service expansion. During his tenure at Telwares, Dave held several key executive positions including; SVP Engagement Delivery, COO, Managing Director and President.
Fotis Karonis
CTIO, BT Enterprise & BT/EE 5G Executive Advisor
As CTIO for BT Enterprise & BT/EE 5G Executive Advisor, Fotis has been the lead to drive the delivery and launch of the 5G programme; a role he took up in August 2018 having been BT’s Managing Director of Mobile and Convergence, CTO of EE and lead of the Technology integration of EE with BT group. As EE CTO, he led EE the UK’s largest operator to be the first to launch 4G in the UK in 2012, Was awarded Mobile Europe’s CTO of the Year in 2015.

Colin Bannon
Chief Technology Officer and Director of Design, BT Global
Colin was appointed as the Regional Chair for the West Midlands in July 2015. Alongside his Regional Chair role, Colin is chief technology officer for BT Wholesale, heading up the team responsible for helping to shape BT’s strategy and predict technology trends and future use. In April 2015, Colin was named as one of the 50 CTOs to watch by Global Telecoms magazine. This recognition highlights Colin’s expertise in designing, deploying and running next generation networks, as well as his background in strategy, architecture, professional services and technology. Although based in the West Midlands, Colin’s work involves regular trips to BT’s research hub at Adastral Park, in Suffolk.
Colin, who is from Leamington Spa and based in Birmingham, has worked for BT for more than 10 years and brings with him a wealth of experience. Colin’s wife, Emma, also works for BT, and they have a six-year-old son. Colin is the vice chairman of the Old Leamingtonians Rugby Club and is a volunteer for Action for Children and Barefoot Computing, an initiative to improve computer and IT literacy in schools.
Manish Gulyani
VP Enterprise Marketing & Strategic Communications, Nokia
As Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Manish is responsible for spearheading Nokia's marketing efforts into the Enterprise segment which includes Webscale companies, Transportation, Energy and Public Sector segments, and enterprises in Finance, Health Care, Retail, Automotive and Manufacturing verticals. Diversification into the Enterprise market is a key pillar of Nokia's growth strategy.
In addition, Manish is also responsible for marketing Nokia’s IP, optical & SDN solutions that represent ~20% of Nokia's networking related revenues.
During the past 20 years, Manish has held leadership positions in the networking space across a diverse number of roles, including Product Management, Strategy, Marketing, Business Development and R&D.
Manish is a recognized industry leader for his keen analytic sense and strategic vision. He holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications from Dublin City University.
