James Brennan

As Head of IR’s Collaborate Products, James is responsible for leading a team of product managers to define and execute on IR’s product strategy in the collaboration market.
James has been in the unified comms industry for nearly 20 years.
Originally in product management, he worked for a startup that developed the first reservationless audio conferencing bridge, creating the concept of dialing in and entering your meeting ID.
Through an acquisition, he joined Polycom and eventually led their infrastructure software portfolio with a team of product managers in the US, Israel, and China. Most recently James consulted for an Australian systems integrator building their UCaaS / AV Practice (MS Teams, Webex, Zoom, Poly, Crestron, etc) and delivered the largest rollout of Microsoft Teams Rooms in Australia.
