Stacy is responsible for knowledge management and customer comms across BT Consumer, providing guided help and article-based knowledge to 12k Advisors across BT, EE and Plusnet call centres.

She was previously responsible for customer journey design across the BT home portfolio. Her career with BT spans more than 20 years, with senior roles across Wholesale, Enterprise and Global Services.
Stacy brings a wealth of experience in major transformation roles focussed on people restructure and delivering major efficiencies across the business. She is a business and marketing graduate from Salford University and recently completed the Leading Through Change Talent Programme with Harvard Business.
Married with 2 children, she is actively involved in charity work after losing her younger brother to cancer and had the great privilege of carrying the Olympic torch in 2012 as recognition for her work.
