Thomas Duecke

President, Global Customer Service

Thomas ist verantwortlich für den weltweiten Kundenservice.

Thomas was appointed president, global customer service in September 2017. He reports to our CEO.

He's responsible for the customer service of all our customers around the world.

During his 25-year career in the outsourcing and IT services industry, Thomas has held senior roles in account and general management functions, service operations and finance, and has led large transformational programmes. Thomas has worked and lived in North America, Germany, The Netherlands, India, and The Philippines, and managed 2,000+ strong teams across the globe.

Thomas joined us in October 2006. He is an Austrian national, is married and lives in London.
