Registered for access
You will need a My Account login to reach BT Analyst Converge. The My Account portal is a secure gateway for many BT applications, including Analyst Converge, so you may already have login details for this portal.
Usually, your login name would be your email address – it needs to be an individual corporate email address, no group mailboxes or personal email addresses can be accepted.
If you do not have access to My Account, we will create this for you using your email address as your default log-in name.
If you already use your email address as a log-in name for another application with BT, please confirm this (see question 2 below) and we will create an alternative log-in name for you.
