Managed Service from BT

The new General Terms were launched on the 19th February 2016 and will replace the Managed Service from BT Contract.

The General Terms

A set of Terms and Conditions under which we will trade with you for the services described in your Order.

Service Schedules

A set of service specific Schedules under which we will trade with you for the services described in your Order. To make things clearer, the Service Schedule has now been split out into separate Service Schedules for each product set as outlined below. The Network Service Schedule to the General Terms has been split out further for each network service.
