Video Mesh Cloud Cascade port changes

Overview

In early January 2022, Cisco announced that Video Mesh will require open destination port ranges UDP 50,000–53,000 for the Media Cloud Cascades. Due to this change, there are some actions for you.

Please follow the below instructions and make sure you complete the suggested changes until 7^th February 2022. Failure to do so will result in split meetings.

What do you need to do?

1. Check if the UDP 50,000–53,000 port ranges are opened up in your firewall configuration. If that is the case, no action is required.
2. If the UDP 50,000–53,000 port ranges aren’t opened up in your firewall configuration, you should open them up by 7^th February 2022 to avoid any disruption to your services.
