Damien is accountable for the execution of all commercial deliveries and service to protect our customers.
Damien joined us in 2004 and is our director for security design, delivery, service and operations.
From working part-time in a consumer call centre while completing his degree, Damien went on to lead field engineering teams, before becoming head of capital resourcing and ensuring that our exchange investment plans were delivered successfully.
In 2013, Damien joined our security department, leading a range of teams; including cyber intelligence teams, specialist cyber operations and physical and cybersecurity operations, to ensure that BT is safe and secure during a period of increasing cyber threats. In his current role, Damien is accountable for the execution of all commercial deliveries and service to protect our customers.
