Eyad leads our global natural resources and utilities business.
Eyad has more than two decades of global leadership and management experience across various business sectors.
He took over the helm at BT in January 2018, driving digital transformation for global organisations in the natural resources and utilities sector.
Previously he led Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services business as VP and General Manager across the Middle East, Mediterranean and Africa, helping many customers transform their IT. In an earlier role as CEO at Smartworld, he established the company as a leading provider of next-generation ICT and managed services.
He’s an active member across several industry bodies and organisations, where he has served as Vice Chairman on the business and technology committee of ACI’s North America chapter, and several prominent entities across the Middle East.
Eyad holds a graduate degree in Computer Engineering from California State University, Long Beach and a Master of Business Administration from National University in San Diego, California.
