James is responsible for running our global retail and consumer goods business where we’re delivering products and services to over 70% of the top 100 organisations worldwide.
His main objective is to grow this sector through strategic new product areas and quality services. His team supports the growing demand for new digital capabilities in the sector.
Prior to joining us in 2018, James spent 12 years with Cisco in a variety of senior regional and global positions, his final 3 years being the Global Director for Financial Services.
