Jan’s role is focused on the development, management and delivery of our innovative global voice communications solutions.
He’s successfully driven the digital transformation of our global voice services portfolio enabling international organisations to deploy most innovative collaboration and contact centre solutions.
In his role Jan has formed a multi-national team of product specialists on voice technologies and markets, providing expert insights and advice to strategic customers.
Prior to joining us, he worked for Hagenuk Communications specialising in mobile communications solutions. He holds a master’s degree in communication technologies from the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg.
