Since 2015, Kaitlyn has established our customer experience practice in the Americas.
Kaitlyn started her career in Sydney, Australia delivering large scale business transformation programs, before moving to Hong Kong in 2010, where she designed and executed multiple transformation initiatives across different cultures. Kaitlyn then moved to New York to build the customer transformation business consulting practice. Bringing global experience, Kaitlyn and her team are leading the evolution with our clients to meet the needs of the evolving digital customer. Designing and executing the right business outcomes with an effective straight to value approach.
