Lorenzo leads the data analytics team and strategy in our Global unit.
Lorenzo is a director in our Global Unit leading the data analytics and AI function in CTIO.
He has over 17 years of telecoms industry and consulting experience specialising in the shaping and delivery of complex business and technology solutions.
Lorenzo’s experience spans most aspects of fixed line and mobile platforms, from digital applications, big data, OSS / BSS through to network logistics, and back-office ERP systems.
Having led various large-scale IT and business transformation programmes, Lorenzo’s gained extensive experience in effectively managing complex and conflicting interactions with technical and business stakeholders, system integrators and external parties.
Lorenzo has dedicated the majority of his career to digital and data transformation in different organisations, both from a technical, as well as a business perspective. He’s passionate about how to land and scale big data / analytics and AI capabilities with innovative technology, and even more importantly, how to shift the culture and create the talent around it.
