Miguel is heavily involved in solution development and product launches, technical training, and technical sales engagements.
His focus is on anything software-defined, or related to automation and orchestration, enterprise networking and IoT solutions.
Prior to joining Cisco, Miguel worked in business intelligence, and was involved in research into optical systems and product development.
