He has a proven track record transforming organisations’ capabilities in serving business needs as well as driving improvements in adoption of new technology. He has helped organisations achieve faster transition to the cloud and enabling businesses to offer global omnichannel services in under 8 weeks.
Paul has a wide range of experience in BT. Previous roles include – marketing manager of mobility in our SME division, senior sales consultant leading major deals in our government and global business as well as head of UK contact sales team.
He leads our team of customer contact specialists in banking and financial services.
