He has worked for leading vendors and service providers as an engineering manager, project manager, business development manager, sales and marketing manager and product manager.
He has established and led a managed services operation delivering global 24x7 IT support in multiple languages and he has managed the successful definition, development and sales of a market leading dispatch console product sold globally.
