What’s it all about? It’s all about you..
My Account is all about you. It’s your online view to monitor your BT services all in one place. By pulling it all together for you we hope it will make your daily work life that little bit easier and, dare we say it, fun.
With our new overview section your user ID unlocks your world of data. How that data is shown is then up to you. You can decide what information is shown and configure how it is displayed.
Doing things quicker
By placing all your information and services in one place there’s no need for multiple web sites, logins and passwords. Simple, secure and powerful, My Account gives you the chance to get things done more effectively.
Getting access to the data you need
Data can be a funny thing. Too much and you can get swamped. Too little and you don’t get enough to properly manage your business and inform the decisions you need to make. It’s you that knows what level of data is appropriate. My Account puts you in control of what’s important, whether that might be:
- a status view of all the requests you’ve raised
- checking on relevant planned work
- tracking this week’s incidents
- or just keeping an eye on your key sites.
By bringing information forward “at a glance” views can be created to give you just that right level of initial detail. And when you need more, just click through to the source data. It’s about making it easier to get the information you need, without all of the page clicks and views, the way you want it.

My Account puts you in control. Data is shown specific to you the individual user. It’s not one size fits all across your company users. Instead, by providing a far more flexible space you can create and configure My Account to meet your individual needs.
- Don’t want something? Simply delete it from your view
- Want multiple views across separate sites? Simply click, add and create the widgets you need
See the information you want in the way you want it. Everything is based around your individual user profile; and when you next login, My Account lets you pick up from where you left things. You’re the one in control. It’s your data: manage it they way you want.
