Kerry is responsible for the development and management of AI applications for the customer experience portfolio.

Kerry drives innovation and change, supporting large global enterprises to do more tasks virtually, improving security, speed of service and delighting customers.

With over 15 years’ experience in successful product management, Kerry has worked across the business holding roles in the network, unified communications, collaboration, and contact centre markets.

Kerry has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Leeds and a Master of Science degree from University College London.
